I would like you to write for me what you believe are the most important qualities to be successful in any job. Please be specific with your ideas and elaborate on all of them.

There are many qualities that people should acquire in order to be successful in a job. I believe that the most important qualities are simply honesty, loyalty, and good manners. I also believe that punctuality and likability are two major factors in being successful in a job. Last, but certainly not least, I believe that over all intelligence is an extremely important quality in being successful in a job.
ReplyDeleteThere are many noteworthy qualities required to be successful in a job, but the two most important, I believe, are the willingness to learn new tasks and the ability to overcome diversity. If a worker is willing to learn new tasks, it allows them to be more productive and move up in the ranks. I believe that when a person masters new tasks it makes them look more useful to an owner of a business because they know more and can perform more efficiently. I believe it is a great quality to have a wide spectrum of skills. It is also important to be able to face diversity because it shows that when a challenge is thrown at someone, they can overcome it. That also links in with the substantial qualities of being hard-working and persistent. If someone has those two qualities, when given a task, an employer can be assured that it will be completed to the best of a person’s ability. It is essential that a person can be trusted, therefore they need to make it to work on time every day, work hard and be productive while on the clock, and support the company even while they are not working. It is essential to be reliable and dependable. All of these qualities will earn a person respect from employers as they move on to bigger and better jobs.
ReplyDeleteI find the definition of success to be quite controversial. I believe that in terms of general success a person needs a balance of all the qualities of good character. I also believe that successful people need to have experience in personal relations including being persuasive and personable. The ability to excel in personal relations is partially based on trust and loyalty.

I believe that being a good co-worker is one of the most important because if people don't like you they won't want to work with you. Being a hard worker and having good manners are important also. If you are a lazy worker you will most likely get fired because no one wants a slacker for an employee.

They can trust you to do more important things in the work. If you are hardworking, then they know they could count on you for anything. If you are easy to get along with, then people will want you to work for them because they just want you around. If you have these qualities, then you will definitely be successful.
ReplyDeleteThe most important qualities to be successful in any job are: being honest, trustworthy, and hardworking. I think that honesty and trustworthiness go hand-in-hand. If you're honest, people are going to find it easier to trust you. I think these two are important qualities because I don't see how you could succeed at a job, or anything for that matter, if you lie all the time and aren't trusted. Being hardworking is an important quality because it shows whomever you're working for that you'll take any task and do your best to complete it in the best way possible.
ReplyDeleteThere are many important qualities that make a person successful at their jobs. I believe the most important qualities are: hardworking, respectful, and honesty. If a worker wants to be successful they need to work hard at whatever they are doing, because that is the only way things will get done right and in a timely manner. Workers also need to be respectful to their co-workers and customers. Being respectful to customers will bring them back and being respectful to co-workers will help relationships between the workers. And most importantly every worker should be honest with everyone that they deal with. I love a quote from Vince Lombardi that says, "A man can be as great as he wants to be. If you believe in yourself and have the courage, the determination, the dedication, the competitive drive, and if you are willing to sacrifice the little things in life and pay the price for the little things that are worthwhile, it can be done."

I believe that there are myriad of qualities to be successful in any job. One quality is the ability to work well with other people. If you can work well with other people, more work could get done and could have better quality of information. Another quality is that you have to be hardworking. If you are hardworking and do the best you can on everything you do, people do start to see that and you will get recognize for it. A final quality is the ability to make the customer happy. If you make the customer happy, they could recommend you to other people for certain jobs.

To pick just a few, I feel that trustworthiness, hardworking, and the desire to improve are the most important. As an employee, your employer needs to be able to trust you and know that you will do the right thing and what is best for the business. When you gain your employer's trust by doing what you are supposed to and being reliable, your employer would more likely give you important jobs that are vital to the success of the business because he or she believes in you and your choices. Your drive to work hard is another great quality to be successful in any job. Hard work will get more task accomplished, showing your employer you want to contribute to the business as much as you can. Your employer will appreciate your hardworking ability and you could get benefits from that such as a higher-ranked position or bonus on your pay check. Lastly, I believe your desire to improve in anything will lead to success in any job. If you don't become content with your ability in your job or your skills, you will be able to do things you would have never been able to do if you just stayed at the same level of skill. Striving to improve will gain you many positives as an employee such as more knowledge of your job, higher positions, and better success of the business. With theses three main qualities of a person , you will be more successful in any job you have.
ReplyDeleteI believe there are several qualities a person needs to be able to preform a job in the correct way. Although, in my opinion honesty, perseverance, likability, and determination are the most important. If someone isn't honest in a job, then that he/she won't be trusted to possibly be promoted to a better position. With perseverance and determination, it shows that an employee has hard work-ethic and is willing to push him/herself until he/she gets done what is desired. Lastly, if an employee can't be likable, for example a nurse, then customers/patients won't be encouraged to come back. These are all important qualities that are needed for any type of job.

As long as you work hard on the job each day, you will get most of the work done and get better at it each day. Another important quality is to work well with other people. If you work as a group you will all understand whats going on and be able to get it done quicker. I believe another important quality is loyalty. Loyalty is important so that way everyone you work with trusts you and your bosses trust you to get the job done.
ReplyDeleteI believe that one must first have the drive to be successful. You need to have the determination to push forward through the difficulties in order to attain the reward of succeeding. In the standpoint of a career I believe that one must also enjoy what they are doing. To have compassion and self satisfaction in the path you have chosen is directly related to your achievements in the career and your own happiness.
