Vince Lombardi's quote to me means how far you succeed in life is determined yourself. It is up to you to decide how much effort you want to put into achieving your goals. If you have self-drive and determination you will achieve what you set out for. Along the way you might have to sacrifice pity things, but the overall reward is greater than the sacrifice. Any goal can be reached if you put in the time.
ReplyDeleteThis quote by Vince Lombardi means to me that you can only be as successful in life as you put in to it. The success of you individually is based on how you decided to live your life. Putting in only minimal effort will result in a less successful life compared to the life of someone who puts in more effort than you. Believing in yourself, along with determination, will allow you to reach your goals. Dedication and your willingness to sacrifice the little things over time will put you in position to be a successful individual. Your goal can be accomplished as long as you put as much effort needed to do so.

If you decide not to do something just because it is hard, the steps toward being greater can't be reached. If you have determination and dedication, it doesn't matter how hard a task may be to reach your goal because you want it so bad you are willing to sacrifice things to achieve something better.
ReplyDeleteI think this quote by Vince Lombardi is saying that no matter what your capabilities are, you can do anything. You can only do anything if you really try. You need to put your mind to it. You have to put all of your effort and time into it. You can be successful in anything and can reach all of your goals if you work really hard.

If you want to be successful, then you will work you hardest and put time and effort into what you are doing. You can do anything you want to do if you work at it and not give up.

Things in life don’t come easy; to accomplish something a person has to be willing to dedicate their time and effort.You can do anything you wish to accomplish as long as you set your mind to it and work hard. If it means enough to someone, they will do everything they can to reach their goal. Nobody is stopping you from being successful; only you can do that. Most people aren't just great at something they don't put in the work for. I believe that you can do anything and be great at anything though if you do what Lombardi says you need to do to be great.

I interpreted that a person determines his/her own degree of success by applying specific necessary qualities including courage, perseverance, dedication, competitiveness, and willingness to sacrifice. The willingness to sacrifice may be classified as giving up things of little importance in order to attain things of greater importance.

It also says that the tasks you want to accomplish won't always be easy, they will take hard work and determination in order to succeed. You can do anything you want to do as long as you work at it.

ReplyDeleteTo me Vince Lombardi was saying that any person can be the greatest there could be, but you have to work for it. In order to become the best you will need to have the need for perfection, the drive for determination, and believing that you can do anything as long as if you put your mind to it and never say no.
ReplyDeleteThis quote means to me that ones success really only comes down to one factor, you. You determine your achievements, you decide how great you will become, you make the outcome. If you have passion for something and believe in it with your heart, you follow it. You follow it with everything you have and never give up no matter what obstacles come your way, no matter the struggles, no matter the negativity of others. It is up to you and only you. Cliché as it may be, follow your heart. Living your life with the thoughts in your head will only leave you constricted. That's why I always follow my heart even when it doesn't make any sense in the world. Uncertainty most often leads to opportunity. And even when it leads to mistakes, lessons are there to be learned and adventure to be gained.
